- Whole milk (syrup)1 cup

- Chocolate5 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Whisk the chopped carrots, eggs, oil and sugar in a blender. Whisk well until a homogeneous liquid is obtained.
- Then put it in a bowl and mix with the wheat flour and the yeast.
- Unite a shape with margarine and wheat flour, pour the cake dough and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
- For the syrup, mix the milk, chocolate, sugar and margarine and cook over medium heat until it reaches a brigadeiro point.
- After the cake is baked and cooled, unmold and pour the syrup on top.
