- Wheat flour4 cup
- Condensed milk2 cup
- Nescau5 tablespoon

- Yeast2 tablespoon
- Wash and peel the carrots, cut them into small sizes and put them in a blender along with the oil, eggs and sugar.
- Let it beat for 5 minutes.
- Then, pour the liquid into a bowl and add the wheat and salt, mixing well until a homogeneous mass.
- Preheat the oven to 180° for 10 minutes before putting the yeast in the dough.
- Add the yeast and stir until everything is incorporated. Pour the dough in a greased shape with a little oil and wheat.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 50 minutes or until cooked through.
- Over medium heat, add the condensed milk, the cream and the nescau and stir non-stop until everything is cooked.
