- Wheat flour850 g
- Crystal sugar750 g
- Whole milk300 ml
- Carrot400 g
- Eggs10 unit(s)
- salt10 g
- oil450 ml
- Baking powder50 g
- In a blender, add all liquids, including salt and sugar, blend for 5 minutes.
- Sift the flour together with the yeast, mixing both very well.
- Mix the liquid with the flour and pour into molds, 6 well-greased 18cm molds
- Bake for about 40 minutes or when your house smells like baked cake.
