- Grease a hollow shape in the middle with butter and wheat. Put the oven to heat up. In a bowl, sift the flour and yeast. Place all other ingredients in a blender. Beat for 4 minutes.
- Beat for 4 minutes. Mix the wheat flour and yeast until a uniform dough forms. Put the dough in the shape and take it to the hot oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, reducing to 180 and leaving for another 30 or until it's very golden.
- Wait for it to get warm and unmold. In a pan, place all the ingredients for the syrup, bring to the low fire, stirring constantly, until the syrup reduces and starts to thicken.
- Place over the cake. Garnish and serve. It's cute and delicious. Enjoy your food
