- Milk1/2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Sifted Wheat Flour02 cup
- Yeast01 tablespoon
- Condensed milk01 can(s)
- Chocolate powder or chocolate04 tablespoon
- Margarine or butter01 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, carrots, oil and milk very well.
- In a bowl, place the wheat flour and then add the blender mixture, stir until smooth.
- Finally, add a capful or a very full tablespoon of yeast.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 35 to 40 minutes.
- For the topping, add the condensed milk, chocolate powder and margarine in a pan and stir over medium heat until it comes off the pan. Once the cake is ready, just pour it on top.
