- Wheat flour3 cup
- Carrot (+/- 3 units)400 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Pasta: Beat the eggs, oil and chopped or grated carrots in a blender.
- After forming a homogeneous mass, put the mixture in a large container and mix the sugar, stir well.
- With the sugar already mixed into the dough, add the sifted flour and yeast and mix well.
- Transfer to a greased and floured form (I used a 20cm/30cm form). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
- Roof: Bring the sugar, chocolate and butter to a boil. Mix well until the butter is completely melted. Add the milk and mix carefully until it forms a homogeneous syrup.
