- Chopped Carrots1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Soybean oil1/2 cup
- A pinch of salt1 to taste
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Milk50 ml
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder8 tablespoon
- Place eggs, sugar, oil, salt and carrot in a blender and blend for 3 min until smooth. Add the wheat flour and beat quickly, just to mix. Add the yeast and mix with a spoon. Place in a greased and floured shape and bake for 35 min at 180°C.
- Roof Place the milk, margarine, sugar and chocolate (I used Nescau) in a pan. Mix everything together and cook over low heat until it boils and thickens, stirring constantly. It's a sugary syrup. Place it still hot on the cake and it will dry and harden.
