- Blend the carrots, oil and eggs in a blender for 5 minutes. Then add the sugar and beat again for 3 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the wheat flour, mix until smooth.
- Add the yeast to the dough and mix. . I transferred it to a greased and light mold to bake for 35 minutes or until it was golden and smelling like cake.😁 . If you prefer, make a pot brigadeiro and throw it on top of the cake after unmolding 🥰
