- Put the carrots, eggs and oil in a blender
- Take a bowl and pour the beaten dough, add the sugar to the flour and the yeast (sifted)
- Take a rectangular tray, grease it with butter and flour, put it in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
- While the cake is cooking, make the brigadeiro.
- In a pan add 1 tablespoon of butter, condensed milk and nescal.
- Stir over low heat until it thickens, when the cake is ready, pour the syrup, wait for it to cool and serve.
