- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Dough: beat the carrots, eggs and oil in a blender. And book
- In a bowl, mix the wheat flour with the sugar and yeast. Add the mixture with the blender and mix well and bake for 50 minutes.
- The cake is ready when a toothpick inserted into the middle of the dough comes out clean and unmolds the cake.
