- Peel the carrots, chop them into cubes.
- Place in a blender along with the sugar, margarine and eggs and beat for 2 min just to dissolve the carrots well.
- After that put the mixture in the bowl of the mixer and add the flour little by little.
- Beat until a homogeneous mass.
- Grease the mold with margarine and place the mixture.
- Then put it in the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
- It takes about 30 minutes to get ready.
