- Chocolate powder or chocolate (200 ml cups)1 cup
- Place the eggs, oil, sugar and sliced carrots in a blender and blend for 3 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture from the blender to a bowl and add the wheat flour and baking powder and beat with a wooden spoon.
- Put the dough in a greased shape with butter and wheat flour and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
- For the Brigadeiro, place the condensed milk, cream, butter and chocolate in a pan, mix well and bring to a medium heat, stirring constantly, until it detaches from the bottom of the pan. Reserve
- With the cake already baked, unmold and still hot spread the brigadeiro on top, and that's it.
