- Large carrot1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, oil and carrot in a blender until smooth and set aside.
- In a bowl add the flour, sugar and cornstarch. With a spoon, mix the ingredients.
- Add the liquid from the blender little by little to the dry ones and mix until uniform. Add the yeast and stir gently.
- Put the mixture in a greased shape, and take it to the fire for 40 minutes or until golden.
