Carrot cake 🥕

Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador exceto a farinha de trigo.
Após bater os ingredientes, em uma tigela vai acrescentando aos poucos a farinha de trigo a nossa mistura ,e mecha bem até ficar bem homogêneo.

Feito isso é só levar ao forno a 180 graus o tempo vai depender do seu forno no meu ficou 25 min.

A cobertura eu fiz um brigadeiro tradicional 😋

Mix all ingredients in a blender except the wheat flour.
