- In the blender, beat the carrot, eggs, oil and sugar, until the carrot is well crushed.
- Add the wheat flour and beat again.
- Finally, mix in the yeast.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured baking dish and bake in a medium oven for approximately 35 minutes.
- If you prefer, cover with chocolate syrup.
