- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the carrots, eggs, oil and sugar.
- After well beaten add a cup of wheat flour at a time. Lastly, the yeast.
- Put the dough in a greased and floured shape and take it to the oven as usual.
- For coverage: 600ml of milk; 3 tablespoons of soluble chocolate powder; 2 tablespoons of sugar; 1 tablespoon (soup) unsalted margarine and sprinkles for garnish. Place all the ingredients in a pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. (It takes a while, but it works).
