3 medium carrots, peeled and chopped, 1 cup of oil, 1 cup of sugar, 4 eggs, 1 pinch of salt, 2 cups of wheat flour tea and 1 tablespoon of baking powder. to taste

In a blender, add the carrots, oil and blend until smooth.
Add the sugar, eggs, salt and beat until incorporated.
Transfer to a container and gradually add the flour and mix.
Add the yeast and mix gently until incorporated.
Pour the dough in a greased, floured shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180°C for about 40 minutes.
