- Wheat flour (sifted)11/2 cup
- Sugar (sifted)1 cup
- Baking Powder3 dessert spoon
- Small carrot (raw and sliced)1 unit(s)
- Oil1/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Topping: Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Cocoa Powder2 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, oil and carrots in a blender.
- Place the wheat flour, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Add whipped cream and mix gently
- Turn the dough into an oiled baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes or until cooked.
- Coverage: mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil. When it starts to boil and the syrup is very creamy, turn off the heat.
- Put the syrup on top and ready
- Just serve!
