- 4 eggs4 unit(s)
- 3 chopped carrots3 unit(s)
- 1 cup (tea) of oil1 cup
- 2 cups (tea) of sugar2 cup
- 3 cups of wheat flour4 cup
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder Margarine and wheat flour for greasing1 tablespoon
- "COVERING" 2 cans of condensed milk2 can(s)
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted margarine2 tablespoon
- 1 cup of cocoa powder1 cup
- 1/2 can of heavy cream (150g).150 g
- In a blender, beat eggs, carrots, oil and sugar on medium speed. Transfer to a bowl, add the flour and yeast and mix with a spoon.
- Pour the dough into a small greased and floured pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- For the topping, place the condensed milk, margarine, chocolate powder in a pan and place over medium heat, stirring until it starts to release from the bottom of the pan.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cream until smooth. Remove the cake from the oven and spread the frosting. Let cool and serve.
