- Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the eggs, oil and peeled and chopped carrots.
- In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients, wheat flour, sugar and yeast.
- Gradually add the whipped cream and whisk until it starts to form bubbles.
- In greased shape, take it to the oven for approximately 45 minutes at 230°
- Cover with ganache or Brigadeiro frosting
