  • Carrot3 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Sugar3 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. In a blender, beat the eggs, oil and peeled and chopped carrots.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients, wheat flour, sugar and yeast.
  3. Gradually add the whipped cream and whisk until it starts to form bubbles.
  4. In greased shape, take it to the oven for approximately 45 minutes at 230°
  5. Cover with ganache or Brigadeiro frosting
