- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Peel the carrots and cut them into slices in the blender, add the eggs, oil, sugar and a pinch of salt. Beat until homogenized.
- Pour this liquid into a bowl along with the flour and stir with a foued and add the yeast and stir again. Desire the dough in a shape of your preference already greased, in the photo I put it in the balerine shape to make the famous piscininha. And bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- While the cake is baking, we are going to prepare the brigadeiro. In a pan, place the condensed milk and cocoa and stir well until the chocolate is diluted, then add the butter and cream, stir again to mix the ingredients and turn on the fire, stir for at least 15 minutes or until it comes off the bottom. from the pot.
