- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Cond milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Chocolate4 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Place the carrots, eggs, oil and sugar in the blender. Beat until smooth. Transfer the dough to a bowl and add the wheat flour, baking powder and incorporate them into the dough. Place the dough in a greased and floured form. Take to preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 230 degrees.
- In a pan, place condensed milk, cream, chocolate and margarine. Turn on the low heat and stir until it reaches the soft brigadier point.
- Wait for the cake to cool down and unmold it. Place the brigadeiro frosting on top.
