- Peeled and chopped carrots3 unit(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Oil1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the carrots, oil and whole eggs until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, place the flour and sugar and mix.
- Add to the cream of the blender and beat for another 3 minutes.
- Finally, add the yeast and mix well.
- Place in a greased shape, and take it to the preheated oven, for about 40 min.
- Roof: In a pan put the butter, condensed milk, cream and chocolate.
- Keep stirring until you get a spoonful of brigadeiro point.
- With the cake cold, put the frosting.
