- Carrot3 unit(s)
- Flour2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- For the dough: Beat the sugar, carrot, oil and eggs in a blender.
- In another container, place this mixture and incorporate the flour until it is homogeneous.
- Finally add the yeast and mix.
- Pour in a greased shape and place in the oven preheated to 180° and leave for 55 minutes.
- For the syrup: in a pan off the stove, mix the butter, cocoa powder and condensed milk and mix until the desired consistency.
- When the cake is ready, take it out of the oven, let it cool and pour the brigadeiro on top, now it's time to serve.
