- Sugar1 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- Chocolate Powder2 tablespoon
- Margarine or Butter1 dessert spoon
- Sour cream200 g
- For mass: Place the carrots, eggs, oil and sugar in a blender. Beat until it forms a very smooth cream. In a platter, place the wheat flour and baking powder, add the liquid mixture and with a whisk (fue) mix until a very homogeneous mass is formed. Grease the baking dish (20cm pudding type) and take it to the preheated oven (180°). After roasting, unmold and let's make the topping.
- For the Brigadier: In a glass refractory (high) we will place the condensed milk, margarine and chocolate powder. Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Remove and stir well. Return to the microwave for another 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Remove, mix well and add the cream. Now, it's just over the dough and enjoy.
