- Flour3 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Granulated to taste
- Chocolate3 tablespoon
- In the blender, beat the carrots, oil, eggs and sugar for 5 min.
- After blending, pour it into a bowl and gradually add the flour and mix with a spoon.
- Finish with the yeast and place in a greased and floured baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
- For the brigadier in the pan, add the condensed milk, the chocolate milk, the cream and the butter! Cook until the point of spoon brigadier (3 min after bubbling)
- Pour the brigadeiro over the already baked cake and finish with sprinkles.
