- Butter and wheat flour, to grease the pan to taste

- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the carrots, oil, eggs and sugar.
- In a bowl add the blender mixture, gradually add the wheat flour and stir, finally add the yeast.
- Grease a mold with butter and wheat flour. Then transfer the dough to form, take it to the oven for about 40 minutes.
- In this time of 40 minutes, pierce it with a knife, if the knife comes out clean and because the cake is already good. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
- Syrup: In a pan on low heat, place the milk, cream and chocolate powder, stir until it thickens and unglues from the bottom of the pan.
- Pour the syrup over the cake.
