  1. Place the eggs, sugar, oil and carrot in the blender, beat until a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Place the mixture in a bowl, add the sifted wheat flour gently. Then add the sifted yeast and mix carefully so as not to activate the gluten in the flour.
  3. Put the mixture in two already greased hole shapes in the middle and take it to a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes and test with a toothpick, if it comes out clean, it's ready.
