- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Blend liquid ingredients in blender
- Add the carrot, sugar and wheat flour and mix
- Add the chemical yeast and mix lightly
- Grease the mold with oil and flour and add the dough
- Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes.
- While the cake is baking, let's make the chocolate icing.
- In a pan, place the margarine, condensed milk and chocolate, stir until it comes off the pan over low heat.
- After taking the cake out of the oven, add the frosting.
