Carrot cake with chocolate icing

- Carrot - medium3 unit(s)
- Oil1/2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour - sifted3 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Cocoa Powder / Nescau4 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Cut the carrots into small pieces.
- Place the eggs, oil and gradually the carrots in a blender. Beat for 5 minutes and add the sugar, beat for another 3 minutes.
- Put the flour in a container and pour the blender mixture. Stir until smooth.
- Finally, add the baking powder and stir gently.
- Grease the mold with butter and wheat flour. Pour the dough into the form.
- Bake at 180° for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- In a pan put the condensed milk, cocoa powder and butter. Stir until it comes off the bottom. It is important not to leave it at the point of rolling brigadier.
- Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, unmold and sprinkle with the frosting. Now just serve.
