- Unleavened Wheat Flour2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1/2 cup
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder5 tablespoon
- In the blender, beat the carrots, eggs, oil, and sugar, until a homogeneous mass.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the flour and baking powder and stir until well blended. Pour the dough in a greased shape with butter and wheat flour, take it to the oven for about 35 minutes.
- For the frosting Put the condensed milk, the cream, the butter and the chocolate powder in a pan, stir well until it boils, let it cool a little and place it on top of the cake.
