- Carrot150 g
- Whole wheat flour3 cup
- Water1 cup
- Xylitol2 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Lactose-free cream1 can(s)
- 70% chocolate bar150 g
- Coconut oil3 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a blender, add the washed and cut carrots, xylitol, water and coconut oil. Beat well until it forms a homogeneous mass.
- In a bowl put the wheat flour, pour the liquefied mixture and finally add the baking powder. Mix well. Pour the dough into a greased shape according to your preference and take it to bake for approximately 25 minutes.
- For the topping: in a glass container, add the chocolate and the cream, take it to the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until the syrup forms.
