- Wheat flour2 cup
- medium carrot3 unit(s)

- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, carrot and oil.
- Put this mixture in a container and add the sifted wheat flour. Add the baking powder last and mix.
- Place the dough in a greased and floured form.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes. (Do the toothpick test)
