- oil2 cup
- eggs3 unit(s)
- sugar2 cup
- wheat flour,3 cup
- baking powder2 tablespoon
- topping: chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 l
- In a blender, beat the carrots, oil, egg and sugar for 8 minutes.
- Pour the dough into a bowl and add the flour little by little. Lastly, add the yeast and stir quickly.
- On a greased tray, pour the dough and take it to the oven for 30 minutes or until the dough is cooked. Turn off and unmold
- Coverage: In a pan put the condensed milk and chocolate, take it to the fire until it thickens. Pour the syrup over the cake
