- Sugar1.1/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Cocoa or chocolate6 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- In a blender add the oil, eggs and sugar and let it beat until it forms a cream. Then add the chopped carrot (to facilitate the process in the blender).
- In a container add the sifted wheat flour and the blender dough. With the help of a fluê, stir well until homogenized.
- Add the chemical yeast and stir gently.
- In a greased shape with butter add the dough and bake in an oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes (time may vary depending on your oven)
- After the cake is baked, it's time for the syrup. In a container add the condensed milk, the cream and the chocolate with the fire still off, stir well until it is homogeneous. Turn on the fire and add 2 tablespoons of butter and leave on low heat until it reaches the soft coating point.
- Wait for the cake to cool, unmold and add the hot syrup to the already cold cake.
