- Margarine1 dessert spoon
- Peel the carrot and cut into cubes. Beat the carrot with the eggs and the oil until it forms a cream.
- In a bowl place the wheat and sugar, add the whipped cream and mix well. Finally, add the yeast and mix again.
- Grease a mold with margarine and wheat. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°. Bake until golden, and when you do the knife test, the table comes out clean.
- To the roof. In a pan, add the condensed milk, chocolate powder and margarine. Bring to a low heat, stirring well until it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan. When you reach that brigadeiro point, turn off and incorporate the cream.
- Unmold the cooled cake, pierce it with a straw and put the frosting on top. If you want, you can finish with granules.
