- In a blender, beat the oil, eggs and peeled carrots.
- In a bowl add the wheat flour, sugar; pour the liquid from the blender and stir until the dough is homogeneous and finally add the baking powder and stir.
- Grease a shape and pour the dough, and take it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bake.
