- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Margarine for the syrup1 tablespoon
- Chocolate for the syrup4 tablespoon
- Sugar for syrup5 tablespoon
- Milk for syrup2 tablespoon
- Beat the carrots with the sugar, the oil and the eggs in the blender, if necessary add a little water
- Place the liquid in a bowl and add the wheat flour and baking powder, and bake in a greased and floured pan in a medium oven for 45 minutes or until golden.
- For the syrup: add all the ingredients in a small saucepan and heat over low heat until the sugar melts well, always stirring, then just throw it over the cake.
