  • For the syrup: Milk11/2 cup
  • 50% cocoa chocolate4 tablespoon
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Reserve the yeast, hit all the ingredients in the blender and transfer to a bowl, finally add the yeast and stir very slowly until mixed with the dough. Put it in a greased shape and take it to the oven at 180 grs for 40 minutes.
  2. For the syrup, add all the ingredients and bring to the fire, stirring constantly, until it reduces a little. (The reduction is to the middle of the vessel where it is boiling) Can be served separately or on top of the cake. Serve with a liqueur wine, it is divine.
