Baking powder1 tablespoon
Oil1/2 cup
Condensed milk1 can(s)
Cocoa 32%2 tablespoon
Milk1/2 cup

In the blender, add the carrots, eggs, wheat flour, sugar and oil, beat well
Lastly, add the yeast and beat lightly.
Pour the mixture into a shape and take it to the preheated oven, 180°C for 45 minutes.
For the topping, add the condensed milk, cocoa and milk in a heavy-bottomed pan, place over medium heat and keep stirring until the mixture thickens, set aside.
After the cake is ready, unmold and pour the chocolate icing on top.
