- Wheat flour2.1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Topping - butter2 tablespoon
- Icing - chocolate powder2 tablespoon
- Topping - milk2 tablespoon
- Topping - Sugar3 tablespoon
- Beat the carrot, sugar, eggs and oil in a blender for about 5 minutes. Pour into a bowl and add the wheat flour and yeast mixing slowly. Greased shape and oven 180ºC for approximately 35 minutes.
- Roof: Mix the frosting ingredients and spread over the still warm cake. (No need to warm up 😉)
