- Whole wheat flour3/4 cup
- White wheat flour3/4 cup
- Oat flour1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Bicarbonate1 teaspoon
- Pineapple Pulp1 unit(s)
- Oil of your choice1/4 cup
- Culinary sweetener1/2 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Clara1 unit(s)
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Pitted dates, chopped1/4 cup
- In a bowl, mix the flours, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda.
- Beat the pineapple pulp, egg, white, sweetener and oil in a blender.
- Add this mixture to the flours, stirring with a fouet.
- Add the dates and the grated carrot carefully.
- Pour into a greased and floured form.
- Bake at 200° for about 40 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out dry.
- Tip: sprinkle a mixture of sweetener with cinnamon and decorate with carrot chips. You can add walnuts to the dough and topping.
