- Sugar1.1/2 cup
- Wheat flour1.1/2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate200 g
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- Condensed milk1/2 cup
- Beat the eggs, oil and chopped carrot for 3 minutes in a blender.
- Add the sugar and beat for a few more minutes.
- Transfer this mixture to a bowl and mix with the sifted wheat flour and baking powder.
- Grease the mold with margarine and flour
- Put the cake dough in the shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- For the ganache, place the chocolate in small pieces, the cream and the condensed milk in a bowl.
- Microwave every 30 seconds and stir until the chocolate melts and everything is smooth.
