  • Soybean oil1 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Refined sugar (1 and 1/2)1 cup
  • Maizena1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Salt -pinch1 g
  • Chopped semisweet chocolate150 g
  • Fresh cream100 g
  • Strawberries to taste1 to taste
  1. Peel the carrots and cut into slices
  2. Blend the carrots, oil and eggs in a blender.
  3. Pour the mixture over the dry ones (Fatinha, sugar, cornstarch) and a pinch of salt. mix until it is homogeneous.
  4. Add the yeast.
  5. Place the mixture in a greased and floured form.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Time may vary depending on the type of oven.
  7. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add the cream. Mix until it is homogeneous.
  8. Wait for the cake to cool down to cover with the ganache and serve.
  9. Here I covered the cake with the ganache, I used chocolate shavings and strawberries just to give it a different look. Enjoy your food!
