- DOUGH: Wheat flour1 cup
- Raw carrot200 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Corn Starch1/2 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Oil1/2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- CALDA: Condensed milk395 g
- Cocoa Powder3 tablespoon
- In a blender, I blended the carrots, oil and sugar until the carrots were finely crushed, then added the flour, starch and baking powder and mixed with a spatula.
- I buttered and floured a mold, poured the dough and put it in the oven for 40 minutes.
- In a bowl, I added condensed milk and cocoa powder, mixed well until all the cocoa dissolved.
- I unformed the cake, covered it with the syrup and decorated it with chocolate zest.
