- Raw carrot200 g
- Oil100 ml
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Heavy cream400 g
- Chocolate Powder1 cup
- In the blender I beat the eggs, sugar, carrots, oil and salt until I crushed all the carrots.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in the flour and baking powder. I poured the dough into a greased and floured mold and took it to bake for 40 minutes.
- In a pan, I mixed the Heavy cream and the chocolate powder and over low heat I stirred well for 10 minutes, it was a very creamy syrup.
- I unformed the cake and covered it with the syrup.
