- Rice flour100 g
- Potato Starch50 g
- Almond flour50 g
- Oat flour50 g
- Coconut oil75 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Vegetable milk (taught in the tips)140 ml
- Cinnamon1 teaspoon
- Clove powder to taste
- Cardamom Berry2 unit(s)
- Grated nutmeg1/8 teaspoon
- Chemical Yeast15 g
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC and grease a mold with a hole in the middle with coconut oil and rice flour.
- In the blender, place the eggs, coconut oil, vegetable milk, carrots and spices to beat.
- In another container, place the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Throw the liquids into the flour mix and incorporate everything. Pour over the greased shape and bake for about 40-45min.
- I melted [in a bain-marie] 3 bars of white chocolate and mixed it with 15 ml of vegetable milk. I finished with fresh fruit [strawberry, raspberry and blueberry] and grated coconut.
