- Chocolate200 g
- Sour cream1 cup
- Beat the carrot, oil, sugar and egg in a blender for 3 min.
- Remove from the blender and add the flour little by little and the yeast stirring little by little
- Bake in a greased and floured pan for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Melt the chocolate and add the cream to form the ganache cream
- Pour over the cake and serve
