- Place the peeled and chopped carrot, the whole eggs and the oil in the blender, beat until it forms a cream.
- In a separate bowl, place the wheat and sugar, then add the cream from the blender and beat by hand for a few minutes.
- Lastly, put the baking powder and stir well. Place to bake in medium oven, preheated, for approximately 40 minutes, or until golden.
- đĄ TIP: if you want to make a chocolate syrup and water the cake, it will be delicious!
